Why NERS?

As part of an ongoing process to introduce competition to the electrical service market, Lloyds operate the National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) on behalf of the UK Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). Under these schemes Lloyd’s perform technical assessments of Haddon Power Services to provide contestable works associated with the installation of electrical connections.

As a NERS provider we carry out work such as design new connections to the network, install electrical switches and transformers. Haddon Power Services Ltd has been awarded Full Accreditation against the Lloyd’s Register. This accreditation enables us to undertake the following work activities:
